Attract Investors
Bermuda is not exactly overflowing in natural resources, but it does offer a particular attraction to investments. If we capitalize on that and market Bermuda towards potential investors, we can start to build something resembling an economy.

Merge the Militias
Our current army consists of the Bermuda Militia Artillery and the Bermuda Volunteer Rifle Corps, racially segregated to be black and white respectively. This arrangement is extremely inefficient. Merging them is a first logical step to forming a true army of our own.

Revamp the Royal Naval Dockyard
Once Bermuda's pride and joy, the Royal Naval Dockyard has fallen by the wayside as shipyards became larger. Now that we're independent, we can see to the Dockyard and restore it to full operation!

Form The Bermuda Flying School
We... do not have an air force. The Royal Air Force doesn't have a presence on the island, either. However, in preparation for one, we can form a flying school. Darrel's Island will do nicely for that as the start of the Royal Bermudian Air Force.
