Ugandan Elections Begin
In a historic first the people of the British Protectorate of Uganda will be able to choose their own fate in a democratic election. This election, necessitated by rapidly expanding anti-British sentiment and resistance, will allow the Ugandan people to decide whether or not to begin the independence process. Despite British confidence that the election will be a rout for pro-British ambitions, the election signals a wane in the power of the British Empire and is perhaps the first domino to fall in a great exodus of colonies from the empire.
Excellent!
Pro-British Sentiment Grows
Thanks to the efforts of one Clark Gable, who at this very moment is preparing for his latest film "Gone with the Wind". Uganda appears to have developed significant pro-British sentiment. As Ugandans return from polls, it appears that more and more often people are declaring their support for the empire. Clark has been in Uganda the last few weeks, citing the security and prosperity Uganda will enjoy with a closer relationship to Britain. We shall see if this has any effect on the final vote.
Interesting.
Nationalists Prepared to win in Landslide
Latest polls indicate that Uganda will choose to take a path of self-determination in the upcoming referendum. Projected at a turnout of 20 million, the population of this small but prosperous nation is expected to vote the way of self-determination by a margin of 34%. London is yet to comment on the issue.
Interesting.
King T'Chaka Ascends Wakandan Throne
Today the former state of Uganda, now known as "Wakanda" has declared independence from Britain and named "T'Chaka" king of the new state. A parenteral autocratic system, it seems that Wakanda looks to distance themselves from the great powers of our world.
Long Live the King!

Kampala Agreement Signed
As a part of a growing trend of decolonization, the United Kingdom has declared that it's imperial subjects South Africa and English Uganda will receive it's South African territories in exchange for a continued alliance. This move comes on the heels of mass unrest around British South Africa, as locals demanded representation and rights. Hopefully falling under these new super-protectorates can improve the lives of the African people.
We will concede in the name of peace.
Vibranium: Miracle Material?
The video goes on to detail Wakanda’s claimed hyper-achievements: nanotechnology that allows for replicable organs, an average lifespan in the 100s, and a quality of life for the ordinary citizen that surpasses that enjoyed by the top 1 percent in the United States. If Wakanda’s technology was limited to medicine, global anxiety might be less acute. But Wakanda’s stocks of vibranium, the supermaterial previously used in the construction of “weapons of cosmic destruction,” is arousing particular worry. “They use this material casually,” commented U.S. Secretary of State Thaddeus Ross, “How can a tribal nation like this be trusted with such destructive potential?” While the United States reportedly has a back channel to the Wakandan leadership, Russia and China have already arranged high-level summits. Economists are perplexed as to how Wakanda’s shift from supposedly one of the poorest nations in the world to the richest will affect the global economy, especially given Wakanda’s own market-averse policies.
The World is on Edge.

Emperor Hirohito Assassinated!
Today the Japanese Imperial House has announced the death of Emperor Hirohito. Throughout Japan, the people weep for their emperor, and preparations have begun for bringing those responsible to justice. Popular rhetoric blames communist revolutionaries for the assassination of the emperor and had led to thousands of communist sympathizers being arrested over the last week. While Japan recovers from this traumatic experience, Hirihito's wife Kojun will take the title of regent while the heir to the throne Akihito, age six prepares to take his seat of power.

Offer a Ceasefire?
This civil war has taken a major toll on both sides. And with the entrance of Portugal into the conflict, our top advisors fear this may mean the end of Republicans and Nationalists alike. It is, for this reason, we must decide, will we extend a ceasefire to our enemies? It will only be temporary, but perhaps it'll give us time to regroup our forces and eliminate Portugal for the fighting ahead.
Offer a Ceasefire
Continue the Conflict Uninterrupted

Wakanda Requests Italian Ethiopia
Wakanda has requested that on their behalf we place pressure on the Italians to cede the Ethiopian colonial territories. By accepting this request, we may have just found another ally for the war to come.
Somalia is rightfully Wakandan.
The Italians are our allies! We shall do no such thing.

Participation in the Kampala Conference?
Ugandan representatives have invited [SAF.GetName]n officials to a conference in Mombassa to discuss the acquisition of British colonial territories. We will attend? If we do not, it is likely that we'll lose significant favor with Uganda.
Of course we'll attend.
Never. This is treasonous action!
